Our tasting room is open for pints, growler fills, kegs, and merchandise sales. Our "normal" hours of operation are:

The hours are somewhat flexible. Some evenings we may stay open later ... just depends when the bartenders have to be at work the next morning at their REAL job!!

GOLD MEDAL, 2006, 2007 and 2008 Colorado State Fair, Herb/Spiced Specialty Beer.  We use over 2 lbs of Tahitian and Madagascar Vanilla beans in this brown porter, leaving a smooth, rich flavor.

BRONZE MEDAL, 2008 World Beer Cup, Old Ale Category.  This malty, brown Strong Ale is rich with caramel malt complexity and good balance.

Our aggressively hop-forward American Pale Ale.  This straw-colored ale is dry-hopped with Cascade hops to give the beer a pleseant floral and citrus nose.

SILVER MEDAL, 2009 GABF. A traditional cloudy German wheat ale with a HUGE banana nose and hints of bubblegum and vanilla.

Seven Seas Double IPA

This generously hopped American Imperial IPA with a flavor all unto its own.  A sweet maltiness sneaks up through a sea of citrus hop flavor, leading to a smooth lingering hop bitterness.  This beer was in the top 10 beers in the 2009 Alpha King Challenge.

This hybrid beverage is 1/2 beer and 1/2 mead (fermented honey).  The base beer on this semi-sweet braggot is our ESB with over 500 lbs of Colorado honey added!

Calibration Ale

It's back!  To celebrate our one year anniversary at our new location, our inaugural brew was made again.  Not quite an ESB, not quite an old ale.  A pronounced caramel malt character with a moderate amount of bitterness leads to a refreshing beer that will calibrate your beer drinking senses!

A traditional Belgain Tripel in every sense: bright golden colored, malt complexity with some spice character (all yeast derived) and medium body.

Coconut Porter

A spin on our normal porrter.  This batch happens to have more than 20 lbs of coconut and added it to the serving tank.  A thick, velvety mouthfeel with a noticable hint of coconut lingerss into the finish.

*IBUs:  IBUs, or International Bittering Units, are a way of measuring the bitterness of beer.  The more IBUs, the more bitter the beer.  Maltier beers tend to not taste as bitter as their number may suggest.

Firkin Fridays

On Fridays we have a special beer available for one day only. This specially prepared beer is naturally carbonated, served from a cask with a gravity tap, and is served at a warmer "cellar" temperature. These cask ales, or real ales, are a tribute to the history of beer. The name firkin is a liquid measure (equivalent to 10.8 US gallons), that is also used to refer to the cask. Check the events page for our schedule of firkins.
