NOW OPEN AT NOON DAILY!

Our tasting room is open for pints, growler fills, kegs, and merchandise sales. Our "normal" hours of operation are:

 
 
Sunday - Wednesday
Noon - 9pm

Thursday
Noon - 10pm

Friday & Saturday
Noon - 11pm

The hours are somewhat flexible. Some evenings we may stay open later ... just depends when the bartenders have to be at work the next morning at their REAL job!!

 

 

 

The Brew Hut and Dry Dock are joined through a small half door.  Now get your beer supplies and enjoy a pint all in one stop.

We recommend for all recipes, that you do a 90 minute boil.

All recipes on this website are for 5 gallon yields, with 75% brewhouse efficiency. Modify the recipes to meet your specific system/needs as necessary.

All hops are assumed to be pelletized and are AAU adjusted for ease of measurement. Adjust quantities based on the specific hops you use/purchase.
